Health & Well-Being Talks & Sessions

Kerry's sessions and talks aim to equip office workers at all levels with practical tools to help them wp_20160705_12_48_38_pro1-1manage their own health & well-being issues (including backache, headaches, fatigue, anxiety and stress).  She does this through talks and sessions based upon the different mind/body practices of Yoga, Mindfulness and Shiatsu. Participants will also gain some practical insights into stress. Kerry incorporates Ergonomics into the sessions when appropriate.

Kerry can provide once-off interactive sessions and talks around a specific theme (ie  5 Steps to Happiness, Positive Mental Health, Taking Care of your Back, Men's Health, World Health Day).  

She can also provide regular weekly Yoga classes at the workplace.
