Corporate Programmes

"As health is not merely the absence of disease or infirmity but a positive state of complete physical, mental and social well-being (WHO, definition of health, 1986) a healthy working environment is one in which there is not only an absence of harmful conditions but an abundance of health-promoting ones."
WHO – Report on Occupational Health.

Many companies in Ireland now provide programmes and activities which are known to contribute towards improved health and well-being for employees. These companies have realised that there are long-term benefits to providing these programmes.

The program was a hit amongst the staff in our cluster. Her sessions were very interactive and the participants enjoyed the hands-on activities (such as identifying the acupuncture points and practicing the unique relaxation exercises) immensely. Kerry has a flair for facilitation and has excellent communication and people skills. As a former WHO employee, Kerry is aware of the organizational culture; she tactfully tailored her seminar sessions to suit our work environment.
